Cyber Chess Academy will organise a series of Summer Camps during April and May at Hyderabad. These camps are designed for beginners to advanced players aged between 5 and 19. For beginners camp a student can register any day and start attending the camp right away or from any particular day. The camp cycle will be for 15 days and students can re-enter the camp after every 15 days cycle if they desire to further their chess knowledge.

summercampCyber Chess Academy has the pleasure to announce 2011 Summer Chess Training Camps for Boys and Girls.

The Camp will start from 2nd April 2011 and continue till the end of May 2011. Students will have the liberty to register for any 15 days during this period for the camp. 


The salient features of the camp are as follows:

  1. Academy proposes to organize summer chess coaching camps during April & May. Students can register for any 15 days comprising 3 hours each.
  2. Students both boys and girls who are aged between 5 and 16 can register for the camp.
  3. After camp, all students can participate in Talent Search Matches. Academy will select players from this event and offer free Training for the entire year from June 2011 to 31st March 2012.
  4. Academy offers to select budding talents and a team comprising of Grand Masters and International Masters will identify the talented players and recommend for the facilities given by Corporate Companies
  5. Cyber chess offers annual coaching classes by International Masters & Grand Masters and also offers exclusive seminars by world class players to the selected players.

Interested students can register for the camp and attend meeting on the forthcoming Sunday 27th March 2011 at 11AM.

Vera Nebolsina's Chess Training Camp

veracMs. Vera Nebolsina lives in Novosibirsk, Russia and is fluent in English. Her mother Tatiana taught her the basic moves at the age of four and by the time she was twelve years old, Nebolsina was playing the Russian Women's 1st league, a very high standard of competition. There followed her most valuable victory to date, when she won the World Junior Championship for Girls (under 20) at Yerevan in 2007 (aged only 17). This result qualified her for the WGM title; previously, she had become a Woman International Master (WIM) in 2004. Vera has been playing regularly at International Chess. In November 2010, Nebolsina played in the Russian Women Super Final Tournament at Moscow. She has a FIDE rating of 2377.  Her father Valery was a Chess Master and University Teacher. He had played a pivotal role in her chess career. She, practices Chess with Super Grand Master Vladimir Belov who has a rating of 2641!

Vera Nebolsina has enjoyed helping hundreds of young chess players. She has played in many of the strong tournaments all over the world and has worked as both a participant and as advisor in chess development programmes. She is willing to teach you some of the Chess skills that only Russians know and more importantly, wishes to give you-

IM Chess Camp at Hyderabad-Revised Schedule

sahu1Cyber Chess will organise an IM Camp from 11th November to 16th November 2010 at Hyderabad. International Master Sekhar Sahu will conduct this Training Programme for players upto 2200 Rating points at Cyber Chess Academy from 11th November to 16th November 2010. Hurry up!! Only few seats are available and will be allotted on first cum first service basis.

Course Fee is Rs.6,000/-

Players who are not from Hyderabad can avail discounted Air-conditioned Star Accommodation at Rs.500 per Head, inclusive of Breakfast,  in a Triple sharing room. If two people would like to share then the cost would be Rs,1250 for two (each Rs.625)

Cyber Chess GM camp concludes

Cyber Chess organised  a Grand Master chess camp for the upcoming top players of the country. The inauguration was held at Cyber Chess Academy at West Marredpally today. GM Pravin Thipsay, IM Lanka Ravi and IM V Koshy are the chief trainers at the camp. Chief Guest, Mr Narasimha Reddy, AP Bar Council Chairman and Vice-President, AICF, talked about how chess and law are closely intertwined. The Guest of Honour at the inauguration ceremony was Ms R. Subbalakshmi, Power Grid General Manager. Major Siva Prasad, President, AP Chess Association, mentioned that APCA is helping designing a chess curriculum for schools.

The camp, was held from 17th to 23rd April,had witnessed participation from upcoming and talented youngsters of the country like VAV Rajesh, Niranjan Navalgund. 9-times national champion GM Pravin Thipsay expressed pleasure in being part of this talented group.

This is the third camp of its kind  conducted by Cyber Chess Academy. With 40 participants, this camp is the largest to date. Academy convenor, IM Lanka Ravi, welcomed everyone and expressed the importance of youngsters participating in such camps.
